How long will it take to receive my order?
We normally prepare orders within 1–3 working days. UK delivery usually takes a further 3–7 working days after dispatch. These are estimates; international delivery times vary by destination.
UK delivery is free. Delivery outside the UK is charged at checkout. Read our delivery information.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation. Tracking details are included where your delivery service provides tracking. Contact us with your order number if you need help with delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout and may depend on your device and location. Check the available options before confirming payment.
What is your return policy?
Personalised products
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for items engraved with your personal details. If an item is faulty or we have made an engraving mistake, please email info@minigiftslaseruk.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty items or mistakes made by us.
Please check the spelling and details you submit. A name or wording engraved exactly as supplied is not an error made by us.
Non-personalised products
If you change your mind, tell us within 15 days of receiving your item. You then have 14 days from notifying us to send it back. The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please pack the item securely and return it in its original condition, allowing for reasonable inspection.
Your consumer rights
The 7-day request above is for prompt reporting, not a deadline that removes your legal rights. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly are unaffected, including the UK short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days where applicable.
Contact us before posting a return so we can provide the return address and agree the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. For eligible cancellation returns, refunds include standard outbound delivery where applicable and are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.
