Your order and personalisation

Check the product design, shape, quantity and personalisation before ordering. Enter names and wording exactly as you want them engraved. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in details you supplied; changes may not be possible once engraving has started. If we make a mistake or an item is faulty, contact us so we can put it right.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Delivery outside the UK is charged, with the applicable delivery amount shown at checkout. Review the order total and available payment methods before placing your order.

Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination. See Shipping & Delivery for details. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or damaged.

Returns & refunds

Personalised products

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for items engraved with your personal details. If an item is faulty or we have made an engraving mistake, please email info@minigiftslaseruk.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty items or mistakes made by us.

Please check the spelling and details you submit. A name or wording engraved exactly as supplied is not an error made by us.

Non-personalised products

If you change your mind, tell us within 15 days of receiving your item. You then have 14 days from notifying us to send it back. The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please pack the item securely and return it in its original condition, allowing for reasonable inspection.

Your consumer rights

The 7-day request above is for prompt reporting, not a deadline that removes your legal rights. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly are unaffected, including the UK short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days where applicable.

Contact us before posting a return so we can provide the return address and agree the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. For eligible cancellation returns, refunds include standard outbound delivery where applicable and are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Applicable UK consumer law applies to purchases from this store.
